Managing Director
Paul A Vorbach
Paul has 20 years management experience across consulting, financial services and management education industries. He holds an MBA (UTS) and a Masters degree in Commerce (USyd) and has completed advanced studies at Oxford, MIT and AICD. Paul is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
From 1989-2002 Paul held management roles in the Australian operations of IOOF Funds Management (Regional Manager); Deloitte (Senior Manager), and Citigroup (VP and Director, Citicorp Investments Ltd).
In 2002, Paul was appointed to the faculty at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Technology, Sydney. He resigned in 2004 to establish AG and yet continued to lecture on the MBA program until 2007. At UTS Paul was twice ranked in Top lecturers list for the Faculty of Business and received the 2007 UTS Alumni Leadership Award.
Since establishing AG in 2004, Paul has partnered with leaders in; commerce, academia, government and not for profit sector to provide training and development programs that help them address their most important organisational challenges and opportunities.

Senior Consultant
Dr Bruce Perrott
Bruce has had over twenty years experience as a senior consultant advising executive managers on business and marketing strategies for growth. He has worked internationally with organisation such as AT & T, American Express, Coca Cola, Citigroup, Cisco, Lend Lease, Orica, Fuji Xerox and Westpac.
Prior to his consulting and academic careers, he held senior marketing management positions in the industries of food, finance, petroleum and insurance. He was located in Sydney and London with American, British and Australian companies.
At the University of Technology, Sydney, Dr Perrott lectures on post graduate and executive development programs in Marketing Management, Strategic management subjects, New Product Management and Electronic Business Strategy.
His academic qualifications gained from the University of New South Wales include a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Marketing.

Berwyn Davies
Berwyn has lived and worked in over 20 countries in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. He is an experienced Corporate Trainer and a member of the Institute for Intercultural Management of Stockholm, Sweden. He is also the managing director of Syncretica, Implementation and Intercultural Management, and Business Solutions, a company that specialises in Training Course development and delivery.
Prior to this, Berwyn was Managing Director of two IT based start ups, a Senior Vice President with DHL and a senior manager with BP, where he held a variety of international positions.
His academic qualifications include, a Master of Science in Urban & Regional Planning – University of British Columbia, Canada, and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics – University of Sussex.

Harrold Burman
Harrold has had over ten years corporate training and facilitating experience. He has designed and developed management programs at diploma, degree and graduate levels. He has international work and project management experience in a range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, construction and Government.
He has extensive experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions, processes and systems to develop people, improve customer satisfaction, reduce staff turnover and overall improve financial performance.
Harrold’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business – University of Technology, Sydney, Master of Commerce – University of New South Wales, Graduate Diploma of Education – University of Wollongong, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training - AIM, Certificate in Coaching University of Sydney, Professional Studies – AGSM.
Harrold is a member of the Australian Institute of Management’s Academic Review Panel.

Jeevan Joshi
Jeevan Joshi is an experienced senior consultant with deep experience in delivering technology based solutions in Human Capital, Risk & Compliance functions. He has a 15 year track record delivering technology enabled workforce and business productivity solutions. His clients have included BASF, Ernst & Young, Vodafone, Westfarmers, Telecom New Zealand and Westpac.
While working for consulting companies such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young and PWC, Jeevan has assisted customers to deploy enterprise wide e-Learning, human capital, knowledge, risk and compliance. He has a wide exposure to various functions including business development, project management, consulting and human resources.
Jeevan’s academic qualifications include a MBA – from XLRI, one of India’s leading business schools, a Master of Biochemical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy – from Delhi University. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and a certified member of Australian Human Resources Institute.

Stephan Overbeek
Stephan has over twelve years experience in training and consulting in the areas of: Risk Management; Compliance Management and Information Security across telecommunications; financial institutions, retail and government sectors.
He combines a depth of practical experience; theoretical knowledge with strong interpersonal communication skills. Clients say he is able to help simplify complex and technical concepts into straightforward and useful tools. Stephan’s presentations and training sessions have been described as: “highly informative”; “stimulating and interactive”; “thought provoking”; and “entertaining”.
As a Managing Consultant for Shearwater, Stephan is responsible for helping Australian customers identify information risks and security threats to their business, as well as developing and implementing risk, compliance and security management solutions.

Dr. Peter W. Wong
Dr Peter Wong is a seasoned international consultant and practitioner. As a Senior Consultant for AG, Peter has over 25 years senior experience in business development, sales management and process management within the logistics industry. He possesses in-depth knowledge in supply chain management, change management and process improvement methodologies.
In addition to his management training and corporate facilitation assignments, Dr Wong lectures at La Trobe University (Sydney Campus) and previously at the University of Technology, Sydney. He also acts as both Supervisor and Examiner for PhD and DBA candidates. His academic teaching reaches across many areas of leadership studies (including), strategy, business ethics and organisational change.
Dr Wong’s academic qualifications include: Degrees in a Bachelor of Business (B.Bus); a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA).

Brad Rilatt
Brad has more than 25 years global experience developing leadership and management capabilities across for commercial and public sector organisations. His expertise is in the fields of organisational design, change leadership, community & corporate dialogue, group facilitation, corporate training design & delivery, executive & team coaching and project leadership.
Brad has completed assignments in Australia, USA, Singapore, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan (RPC), Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, and the UAE. His clients include Shell, DHL, IBM, Caterpillar, Accenture, AMP, Westpac, ANZ, Health Insurance Commission, AAPT, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Suncorp, Cochlear, Colgate-Palmolive, Xstrata Coal and Boeing Hawker de Havilland.
Prior to establishing his consulting practice over 15 years ago, Brad held senior management roles in the CSIRO, the NSW coal industry and the NSW Treasury.
Brad has qualifications in Business Management and Quality Management. He is Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM), Member of the International Association of Facilitators (MIAF) - being certified as a Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Member of the International Coach Federation (MICF).
Brad is Director (People and Performance) at Social Enterprise Commitment and Adjunct Professor in the MBA (Social Enterprises) at Woosong University, Korea.

Barry Hemmings
Barry has over 20 years experience in the business and corporate world with roles that have ranged from manufacturing and operational through to executive coaching and consulting.
Within this broad experience, Barry has been a champion of positive behaviour and cultural change via training programs and projects, high level process improvement projects and initiatives, and Quality Management System development.
Barry’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with majors in Psychology and Management (Monash University); Graduate Certificate in Management and a Masters in Business Coaching (University of Wollongong).

Carol McCowan
Carol is an experienced executive, business coach and facilitator with over 25 years of applied commercial experience ranging from global telecommunications firms through to small business start-ups. Her expertise, experience and interests lie in process, project and quality management.
Carol has provided coaching services to a number of blue chip organisations including John Holland, One Steel, Telstra and Coca Cola Amatil. Her passion revolves around ensuring successful change at both the individual and organisational level that is robust and sustainable and can continue to evolve and adapt as circumstances necessitate.
Carol is a Master Coach for the Life Coaching Institute of Australia and an Accredited Professional Coach with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Coaching. Her academic qualifications include Masters of Business Coaching (Distinction), Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Certified Practicing Accountant, Graduate Diploma of Business Computing and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
