The Effective Conflict and Communication Skills program is designed for team leaders, managers and individual contributors at all levels of the organisations who have an intense desire to improve their communication skills and enhance their team's effectiveness. They will learn to identify and understand the consequences of their own conflict handling style maximizing their effectiveness in high pressured and competitive environments. Participants will also develop skills which help to enhance their listening ability, feedback and mutual understanding.
