Booking Terms and Conditions
Your investment includes: expert training delivered in an engaging, accessible format with interesting examples and relevant case histories, a comprehensive workbook, meals and refreshments, an attendance certificate, and the opportunity to network with peers.
- Payment must be received prior to attending the event or course.
- Early Bird discounts apply when registration and online credit card payment is received at least five (5) weeks prior to workshop commencement.
- Group discounts apply when three (3) registrations are received simultaneously and online credit card payment is received at least five (5) weeks prior to workshop commencement.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
Cancellations and Transfers
If you are unable to attend, written notice is required prior to commencement.
A full refund will be made for cancellations received in writing more than 10 business days prior to the course date.
For cancellations made in writing received between 7-10 business days prior to the course date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that time.
Transferring your registration to another person can be done at any time without penalty, provided that nominee details are provided within a minimum of 2 business days before the course start date.
Your course registration can be transferred to another course without penalty if requested more than 10 business days prior to the course start date. Otherwise, the above cancellation policy applies.
AcademyGlobal reserves the right to change programs/speakers/venue, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail. In such a case registrants (or their delegates) may attend the next available workshop free of any transfer fee.
eLearning Refund Policy
Students are considered to have commenced their course from the date that course login details have been issued by AG.
AG is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to improve services that we provide to you. We will get your permission before retaining any personal information about you.
In order to best protect the rights of our students and their personal data against cyber-attack, hacking and unlawful accessing of sensitive and confidential student records, all such records shall be confidentially destroyed within a period of one month to twelve months of cessation of student enrolment.
We will maintain student records for the period of course enrolment. If you would like AG to delete your information at any time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
AG maintains strict online security measures. This is to ensure that our business is managed in accordance with worldwide legal developments and to protect against cyber-attack, hacking, and unlawful access of confidential records.
No courses, course materials and study notes are to be republished, sold, loaned or copied, or used in any way outside the pursuit of studying the course by the enrolled Student without explicit permission granted in writing by AG.
