OVERVIEWThis workshop provides project managers with advanced tools and techniques to enhance their leadership role in projects. Participants will hone their skills in project governance and planning, stakeholder management and engagement, managing scope changes, and developing an effective project team to achieve project outcomes.

  • Build a project management culture by bringing together, motivating and successfully managing and leading multi-functional project teams
  • Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, conduct risk management activities, direct project communications and apply project scope controls
  • Develop and evaluate project outcomes and draw lessons from the project for continuous improvement
