Chemène is a learning and performance specialist.  She draws on her 30+ years’ experience working in diverse industries around the world to help organisations develop and implement accredited or tailored learning experiences that improve performance.

She is lead trainer of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (‘TAE’) for numerous registered training organisations (RTOs) and helps individuals build the skills and confidence people need to be impactful communicators, facilitators and assessors, or simply to be effective in today’s world of work.

Chemène is an accomplished instructional designer of both accredited and non-accredited programs — to date, more than 100 organisations have purchased retail or customised learning and assessment materials written by Chemène.

Chemène works with her professional network to remain informed of latest research and trends in learning and performance. She is a sought-after speaker at conferences and special events.
