OVERVIEW

This comprehensive workshop provides new leaders with the broad range of skills required to address the complex challenges of managing staff. Participants will develop a practical understanding of staff recruitment, performance counselling, conflict resolution, delegation, goal setting, prioritisation, time and resource planning and emotional resilience.
