Mike is a highly experienced facilitator and trainer for contract and tendering processes for public sector and commercial project managers. He has delivered procurement and contract management training for NSW Procurement and NSW Public Works Authority for over fourteen years and was Procurement Risk Advisor to the Sydney Region from 2006 to 2011. He has implemented risk management for major projects including assessments of potential risk, procurement strategies and evaluation of risk reduction and transfer options.

Mike has extensive experience in project procurement from Request for Tender preparation, tender evaluation, to contract management and dispute resolution utilising NSW Procurement and Public Works systems. He managed a six-year program for Hunter Water Corporation with an estimated project value in excess of $200 million.
