Norman has been training and assessing work-based clients for more than 20 years across industries such as financial services, logistics, business/professional services, sales and education.
After teaching for a number of years he became a financial planner, and following that, he took up a role as a corporate trainer in a large financial services company, training consultants and financial planners for many years.
In 2008 he moved to Australia in a role as a corporate trainer at a large financial services company. After that he started his own small business designing and conducting short training courses and contracted with various Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to deliver and assess business, sales and leadership and management qualifications. He currently facilitates accredited and non-accredited leadership and management programs for corporate clients.
