Sophi Bruce has extensive teaching and facilitation experience working with people and organisations across all sectors specialising in leadership development, professional skills capability uplift, strategic thinking and systems change.  From the design and delivery of bespoke learning programs to ongoing project delivery, Sophi’s focus on positive tangible outcomes is supported by professional aptitude and a passion for facilitating personal, organisational and social progress.

Sophi has facilitated learning programs with governments in Australia and the UK for 20 years. She is currently an industry fellow with the Institute for Public Policy and Governance at UTS where she previously held strategic responsibility for a suite of programs and subjects committed to building leadership capacity across the public sector.   She teaches a range of Emotional Intelligence topics at both public and corporate classes with The School of Life and contributes to a range of leadership and strategy initiatives across public, NFP and corporate clients with the Curious Collective, an innovation agency.
