Vivian is a Logistics and Supply Chain professional with a diverse background and experience across consulting and industry. She joined this Supply Chain industry by accident and felt in love with it. Apart from representing Next Generation CILT in Australia, she is taking voluntary roles in Committee in CILTA and Women in Logistics & Transport (Wilat) National Committee in Australia.

Vivian has been passionate about innovative solutions, analysis and empowering teams. She works at Coles as a Senior Business Analyst, but she is also a mentor in RMIT University and Professional Migration Women, sharing skills, knowledge and connections to support people who need help and advice.

Vivian has three degrees from various universities and speaks multiple languages. Prior to coming to Australia, she lived in Brazil for one year and East Timor for two years. She has worked with team from diverse backgrounds and loves to empower people through sharing ideas and differing viewpoints, motivations and ensuring inclusive communication.
